Frequent users on Port-related merchantry must wield to the Security Manager for a proximity card. A shuttle bus is in operation 24 hours per day / 7 days per week to shuttle ship crew. The Port is a licensed surcharge controlled area. All persons are unseat by theSurchargeand Excise Act 1996. The Port is a MPI tried transitional facility. All persons are unseat by the conditions of the Biosecurity Act 1993. All vehicles and valise inward the facility will be subject to random search. Surveillance cameras are in operation to help Security staff monitor port operations.
